The previous minuets were reviewed and accepted.
The working group under SCC22 under p1159 will be submitted as a PAR request as a package of three taskforces :
Review and Wordsmithing of PAR followed with Scope and Purpose receiving close attention.(revised par attached)
Motion to accept Scope amended ...by count of hands passed
Motion to include Swells in the Purpose ...Defeated
Motion to Change title from “power quality” to “sag(dip)” Defeated
Motion to accept purpose content with understanding that Grammar will be improved ....Passed
Par to be submitted to Chair of 1159 for submittal to IEEE
Sample waveforms to be put on the IEEE web
Strawman of charaterizer from DPQ to be put on the IEEE web
Everyone should comment on the IEEE web by waveform the applicability of the charaterizer..
