OVERVIEW

Alex McEachern, chair of 1159.1, was unable to attend this meeting, and was unable to make any significant progress towards the draft since the last meeting. In his absence, the Secretary chaired the brief meeting on Monday, January 30, 2001, at 15:55 in the Lincoln Room of the Hilton in NYC. Minutes from the July 2001 meeting were approved. PAR was approved, under the name of P1159.1, with a submit-to-ballot date of December 2002. Prior to the meeting Alex, via phone, relayed that he expects to have a preliminary draft by March (15) that will be reviewed by the Technical Editors (E.Gunther, L.Morgan, RPBingham), followed by a complete draft “well in advance” (June 1) of the summer meeting for the committee at large to review

Next full committee meeting will be in Chicago in July at the Summer 2002 meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 16:00.
