OVERVIEW

Charles Perry of EPRI-PEAC, chair of 1159.1, opened the Winter meeting of the 1159.1 Task Force on January 22, 2004 at 09:30 in Room 224H in the West Concourse of the Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, FL. 18 members were present and approved the minutes from the Summer 2003 meeting. The Draft 1.6 was emailed to the members through the IEEE 1159 Reflector site.

The meeting was spent on word-smithing the remainder of document, from Chapter 5 through the Annex. Those changes will be reflected in Draft 1.7, which will be sent to the membership by mid February. Due to the fact that the PAR expires this year, comments will be needed before the June meeting, so that it can be finalized for ballot at that meeting. The ballot pool will be drawn from the SCC-22 pool.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:05.
