3rd and Final Notice!
If You Wait Until After Dec 15th, You Will be Counted as an Interested Party for 2006
Verify Your Entry Has Been Received by Examining the Attached List.  If You Are On The List, Your Input Has Been Received.  You have no further action.
 
SCC-20 membership enrollment for 2006 is now required.
 
Once a year you are required to complete a SCC-20 membership form.  Membership forms for 2006 are due no later than December 15th, 2005.  Failure to complete the form will result in your removal from the SCC-20 membership roles and E-mail distribution lists.  Late submittals will automatically place you in the category of "Interested Party".
 
You may access the form at the main SCC-20 Web Page or the link below.

Note the form has mandatory and optional fields.  Failure to complete mandatory fields may result in your input being ignored.

For your information, I have attached a list of those I have received bluesheet inputs from. 
If you filled out a bluesheet and you are not on the list, please try again or contact me directly (below). 
If you are on the list, you have no action.
This E-mail is being transmitted to both the 2005 and the new 2006 membership.  If you are on both lists, but with different E-mails, you may received this mesage twice.  This will be fixed the first week in January to the new address you supplied for 2006.
