[DMC-GENERAL] FW: January DMC meeting
All,
Here is the request for information related to registering for the
upcoming DMC meeting. I noticed this information has been sent to the
DMC-General list before. This is being resent for the benefit of new
subscribers, especially those wanting to become "full members" by
attending a meeting in 2006.

2) If you have not attended a meeting here in Orlando, I need:
a) Name
b) Social Security Number
c) Citizenship
d) Company Name
3) For foreign nationals, I need:
a) Name
b) Passport Number
c) Date of Birth
d) company/country represented
e) citizenship
