E-votes MUST be sent by email to myself and to Ari Singer at wwhyte@ntru.com, asinger@ntru.com. Votes should be of the form: votes on E-MOTION 2003-3. IEEE P1363 E-MOTION 2003-3: Amend the bylaws as follows: Article 1, paragraph 3: Remove the word "physically". Article 2: Change text to The Chair of the working group shall call meetings periodically to ensure the continuation of working group efforts. Meetings must be announced publicly, including the location and date of the meeting if a physical meeting, or the date, time, meeting sponsor and contact information to obtain dial-in details if a teleconference-only meeting, at least 30 days prior to the meeting. Article 3: In Chair Responsibilities, change "Calls and leads physical meetings" to "Calls and leads meetings".
