  NAME votes <YES/NO/ABSTAIN> on P1363 E-MOTION 2005-01. 

E-MOTION 2005-01: Bylaw Changes 1 

Change section 4 of the bylaws from:

  The quorum for an electronic vote shall be 10 or one half
  of the eligible voting body, whichever is less. Approval
  of a motion through electronic vote requires the same minimum
  ratio of yes to no votes as at physical meetings. 

to:

  Additionally, an electronic vote must receive approval from
  a majority of members of the group.
