PROPOSED E-MOTION 2005-2: Bylaw Changes 2

To change the bylaws, section 4, subsection concerning electronic
voting procedures as follows. To the sentence

  The starting date shall be the date that the vote is called and
  the ending date shall be 10 calendar days after the starting date.

add:

  If quorum has not been reached at the end of the 10 day period, the
  Chair may, with the agreement of the Secretary, extend the voting
  period for an additional 7 days.
