At the study group meeting, we will discuss and hopefully vote on the submission of two Project Authorization Requests (PARs): one on P1363.1: Specifications for Lattice-Based Public-Key Cryptographic Techniques (or some similar name) and one on P1363.2: Specifications for Public-Key Cryptography: Password-Based Techniques (or some similar name). The group will entertain further presentations on future standards work as needed and discuss the operation of the study group for its lifetime. All attendees of this meeting are considered to be full voting members of the study group. It is anticipated that there will be some votes at this meeting regarding the approval of Project Authorization Requests to the IEEE and our sponsor.
