IEEE P1363: Standard for Public-Key Cryptography

This meeting of the P1363 working group, open to the public,
will continue the development of a standard for public-key
cryptography based on discrete logarithm, elliptic curve,
and integer factorization systems.

     4.  Review of work performed since November and
         further development of annexes to standard

There will be an IEEE meeting fee of $60 for the three days.

The P1363 meeting March 3-5 will be held at a Siemens site
in Boca Raton. The exact location and driving directions
will be distributed later.

There are plenty of hotels in Boca Raton.

Kris is holding some rooms for us at the Radisson Bridge
Hotel (999 East Camino Real, Boca Raton, phone 561-368-9500,
fax 561-362-0492) at a very good Siemens rate of $129/night
(the rate includes breakfast).

The Radisson Bridge Hotel is a luxury hotel on the
intracoastal waterway next to the Boca Raton Hotel & Club.
There are 2 excellent restaurants, one right on the
Intracoastal and there is an oceanside park just southeast
of the hotel. If participants want to make their
reservations with the hotel directly, they should refer to
"Siemens". If they would like to call Kris or send her
email, she would be glad to do the reservations (as always,
it will be helpful to have a credit card number).

In any case, hotel reservations should be made as soon as
possible.

The nearest major airport is in Ft. Lauderdale. Miami is
about an hour away.
