This meeting of the P1363 working group, open to the public,
will continue the development of a standard for public-key
cryptography based on discrete logarithm, elliptic curve,
and integer factorization systems.
 
AGENDA

 Tuesday
       1.  Approval of Agenda.
       2.  Officers' reports.
       3.  Review of work performed since the August 1997
           meeting.
       4.  Discussion of the conformance section.

 Wednesday
       5.  Approval of minutes from previous meetings.
       6.  Continued discussion of the conformance section, if needed.
       7.  Discussion of security notes and key management
           appendix.

 Thursday
       8.  Discussion of security notes and key management
           appendix, continued.
       9.  Discussion of naming of techniques.
       10. New contributions.
       11.  New work assignments.
       12.  Meeting schedule.
 
The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in 
downtown Albuquerque.  See below for travel information.
 
There will be a meeting fee, which will include an IEEE fee
of $20 per day and which will also cover some meeting expenses
(exact amount to be determined).

If you choose not to rent a car, according to the Hyatt a cab
will cost about $10.00.  Alternatively, Checker Airport Express
is available to and from the airport.  If you are arriving very
late at night and no one is available at the Checker Airport
Express booth, or in order to book a return trip to the airport,
