1363.2: Clarify with IEEE whether we should change PAR to 
match doc or doc to match PAR.

1363.3: Ask for submitters to provide writeups for their 
techniques. Luther to write
up the request and send it to submitters of techniques that 
have not been submitted
in the proper format.

Luther to mail list to get feedback on new 1363.3 draft.

Matt B will talk to his sponsor about setting up a symmetric crypto WG
