MEETING SUMMARY (unapproved) 

* Reviewed IEEE P1363a draft, several improvements requested

* Reviewed several submissions

* Agreed to add the following material to the draft, subject to certain
conditions as noted in the minutes (e.g., with clarification on security issues,
or agreement within the time frame for the schedule) - arbitrary finite fields -
GF(p^m) for p > 2, m > 1 - Pintsov-Vanstone signature scheme - EPOC1, EPOC2 and
TSH-ESIGN schemes - storage-efficient basis conversion

* Requested that ANSI X9.80 primality methods be reviewed for possible inclusion

* Next meeting is tentatively May 31-June 2 or June 7-9 in Boston or Toronto
