1. Decisions on the documents
 
-- Move the section on "output data formats" to Annex G (formats). Annex
G will also include materials on ASN.1 syntax.
 
-- Modify DL/ECKAS-DH2 to follow X9.42.
 
-- Allow mix of DL and EC primitives in DL/ECKAS-DH2.
 
-- Have two primitives DH and DHC, where DHC takes as input a flag which
identifies whether compatability with DH is desired. If desired, then
Kaliski's "k-inverse" method will be used. 
 
-- Remove Sections 5.3.2.3 and 5.3.2.4 from the main body and change
"shall" in the first sentence of Section 5.3 to "should." 
 
-- Move materials on point compression and Section 5.5.4 from main body
to Annex G (formats). 
 
-- Add to Annex A an overview of EC generation method.
 
-- Merge Annex E (RNG) into Annex D (security considerations).
 
-- Remove Annex F (test vectors) and post test vectors to the P1363 web
site.
