No but do not be too disappointed, the code is in Object Pascal :-)
Since M. Scott wrote he found and corrected an error in Annex A,
P1363 2000, I will have a look on my own code but 1) it was written
more than eight years ago and 2) I made use of Annex A, P1363/D8
October 5, 1998, i.e., maybe not the same doc.
To the OP.
To compare what your program produces, you could use the program "cm"
by M. Scott (see in his MIRACL library).
