The comment sheet has been posted and is available from
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1363/IBC/index.html
There's an Excel version and a Comma-Separated-Value version;
the Excel version is easier to read if you can read it.
Please fill comments in using one or other of the sheets
and return to me and to Luther Martin, martin@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I'll enter Nigel Smart's comments into the master comment
sheet.
