The proposed proxy re-encryption schemes are composed of the Basic BB1 and
the other additional functions. The BB1 primitives being used, the
BB2 primitives can be rduced with minor revision, however the other
primitives are still required. The Basic BB1 appeared in the follwoing
material.

The proposed proxy re-encryption schemes exclusively work on the Basic BB1, not on the BB1 IBE, so far. Becuase of technical difficulty, it is quite
difficult to let them work on the other main encryption primitives,
SK primitives and BF primitives.
