[P1363:] HIBE schemes in 1363.3

Hi List,

NTT Docomo proposed a set of HIBE schemes for inclusion in 1363.3.
The papers are available from:

http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1363/IBC/submissions/index.html

A specification suitable for inclusion in 1363.3 is available
as ASCII text from
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1363/email/discuss/msg00384.html

The HIBE scheme in that mail was not included in D1 or D2 of
1363.3. The email discussion is available by following "Thread
Next" from the link above or by reading the mails with subject
"HIBE Scheme" from the link below:

http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1363/email/discuss/thread.html

At the meeting today we discussed the scheme and decided to
have a vote on its inclusion. I'm about to start that vote
(modulo the time it takes to bring the membership list up to
date); this mail is background to that vote.

As part of the input to the decision, I would like to ask if
anyone on the list is aware of deployed implementations,
commercial or non-commercial, of the proposed HIBE scheme.

Vote should get kicked off soon -- tomorrow at the latest.

Cheers,

William
