[P1363:] 1363.3 votes
Hi list,
I sent out the membership list last week and haven't received
any information that would require changes to it, so we can
consider this to be the current list of members:
Matt Ball, Mike Brenner, Daniel Brown, Mark Chimley, Andy Dancer, David
Jablon, Don Johnson, Satoru Kanno, David Kravitz, Luther Martin, Roger
Schlafly, Hovav Shacham, Ari Singer, Terence Spies, Yongge Wang, William
Whyte
There are two outstanding issues on 1363.3 that require a
working group vote to proceed:
1) Should we include the HIBE schemes proposed by NTT Docomo?
2) Should we include the PRE schemes?
Information about the HIBE schemes is below, from an email
earlier this year.
I'd like to ask if any of the members listed above could propose
one or both of these motions.

HIBE information:
NTT Docomo proposed a set of HIBE schemes for inclusion in 1363.3.
The papers are available from:

A specification suitable for inclusion in 1363.3 is available

The HIBE scheme in that mail was not included in D1 or D2 of

As part of the input to the decision, I would like to ask if
anyone on the list is aware of deployed implementations,
commercial or non-commercial, of the proposed HIBE scheme.
