[P1363:] 1363 review and 1363.3 PARs approved

Hi Lists,

At the September 21, 2005 meeting, IEEE New Standards Committee
(Nescom) approved the PARs for the 1363 revision and for 1363.3,
both to run until December 2009. At the teleconference on 
Wednesday we'll be talking about kicking both of these projects
off. The serious work on both these standards will start in the
new year.
