E-MOTION 2006-02: Revise AMP

Amend IEEE P1363.2 draft D22 in accordance
with the document titled the follow-up of AMP Proposal, dated
December 8, 2005, which is available at the P1363 web page.

E-Voting opens: Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006, 9 am EST
E-Voting closes: Friday, January 13th, 2006, 9 am EST
