There were 114 comments, of which:
- 23 were classed as "General"
- 1 was classed as "Technical"
- 90 were classed as "Editorial".
The General comments include feedback from IEEE legal, which must
be addressed before the document can go to RevCom.
I'll work with David Jablon on determining the comment resolution
process and send a mail shortly outlining that process.
