[P1363:] Forthcoming E-MOTIONs
Hi list,
I'll shortly be proposing a set of E-Motions and calling for seconders.
The e-motions will be:
* Accept the recommendations of the 1363.2 Ballot Resolution Group
* Include ESIGN-PSS in the 1363 revision
* Include HMQV in the 1363 revision
* Include PSEC-KEM in the 1363 revision
* Include RSA-KEM in the 1363 revision
Each of these e-motions must be seconded by a voting member of
the group; I'll shortly be posting and mailing out a list of
the voting members.
Once proposed and seconded, each e-motion will have a ten-day
period to be voted on. To pass, an e-motion must obtain:
* Two-thirds YES votes from all the members who cast a vote
* YES votes from a majority of voting members of the working
group.
Mail me on or off the list if you have any questions. The bylaws
