Download the IEEE P1363.1 Draft

The latest draft of P1363.1: Standard Specifications for Public-Key Cryptographic Techniques Based on Hard Problems over Lattices is version D12, October 2008. This is the version that was ballotted in recirculation ballot and submitted to RevCom.
