There may be an implication that this Web site can also be used to confirmattendance at the meetings, but it should *not* be used this way, just usedit to get the maps. Meeting start and stop times and meeting room locations are: Wed, Dec 15, 1999, 10am - 6 pm, Building 42, room 4600 Thur, Dec 16, 1999, 10am - 6 pm, Building 42, room 4600 Fri, Dec 17, 1999, 9am - 5 pm, Building 43, room 4200Mark Williams will meet people in the main lobby of the building. The 10 am start times may seem unusual, but that's the only way our hostcould get these large meeting rooms. On both Wednesday and Thursday, therewill be a continental breakfast (rolls, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea) inthe large lobby-like area immediately outside the meeting room at 8:30 am,so people can arrive up to 1 1/2 hours early in order to network with eachother and get something to eat -- we just can't take possession of theconference room, with its AV facilities, until 10am on those two days. OnFriday, there will be continental breakfast starting at 7:30 am in themeeting room itself. Buffet style lunch will be catered into the meeting room all three days, sopeople can choose to work through lunch. There will be no meeting fees!!!
