Hello STILers,

Attached is an updated version of the syntax proposals for discussion at
our Feb meeting in Chandler. The additions from the copy currently on the
web (dated 1/31) are the table of contents, a new ScanStructures section
from Peter, and a new BISTStructures section from Peter.

This document, and the 1450.2 document that was distributed by Gregg Wilder
will serve as the basis of our agenda. If anyone else has prepared anything
for discussion please try to distribute it in advance.

As for times for the meeting, I suggest the following:

        Monday  2/21 - 9:00am to 5:00pm
        Tuesday 2/22 - 8:00am to 4:00pm
