Due to lack of reminder and lack of distribution of an updated
document, this meeting was very short.

Progress

Doug will provide an annex on the unmerge operation.

Greg will complete changes to the document (minor reorganization of
expressions, add unmerge function). Changes to bring the document to
reviewable standards (IEEE notice wording changes) have been
done but not distributed. Greg will distribute this document once
these changes and final additions are complete.

An email will be sent around to the Working Group members, with the
next document distribution, identifying the time for a brief meeting
and review of these final changes, to include a decision to take this
document to extended internal review. This will occur before the next
regular meeting in two weeks.
