The negative vote requires a ballot recirculation, and there were quite a few comments to resolve. I have summarized the ballot comments in the attached document (p1450.2.ballot_1_resolution.pdf), along with proposed resolutions. I have also attached a new draft of the 1450.2 working document (p1450.2.20020114.pdf) which includes the proposed changes. I have scheduled a conference call to discuss these documents for Thursday, January 24 (next week) at 10AM Pacific time.
