Attached are the updated docs.

1. Please take a look at the red-italic stuff in the resolution doc.

2. Also take a look at the changes I have made to diagram 1 in the dot3 doc.

3. After our meeting on Friday, I would like to close D03. What this means
is that I will:
        a) clear all change bars
        b) change header to D04
        c) move all open issues into a D04 resolution doc

Greg: Again, please put these on the web when you get a chance (note: dot1
stuff is coming, too).
