I fully appreciate the concerns of getting caught in a bear trap early on with tackling this. I have a proposal for the 1450.4 group which is open for consideration. The 1450.4 group table the issue of multi-site. At the same time Motorola and Inovys will work as a sub group working on a proposed multi site solution. This sub group will be open to all interested 1450.4 members and we will welcome input. The idea is not to bog down the 1450.4 group on this issue but to come up with a proposed working solution which may or may not be voted as part of the 1450.4 standards. We at Motorola have to do this anyway due to our evaluation of the Inovys STIL based tester with multi site. We will also have to come up with a solution of how to handle on-board (loadboard) circuits which have to be pulled in via utility relays. In other words having one circuit which is shared serial among the multi-DUTs.
