Agenda
- Discussion about how to post multisite discussion
- Quick review of Don's preliminary draft
- Go through things "with a fine-tooth comb"
- Identify next weeks agenda

--------------------
Don walk's through the draft

Tom's question about global variables to share data. Also questions about overlap with TSEM. Also what is Sematech doing? http://www.sematech.org/public/docubase/document/3139astd.pdf

Ernie: mixing issues and objects (bins are objects, multisite are issues).
test program (was in an earlier document) - an interface between the outside world and the test flow. [Don will add]
No mention of phasing (phase1 and phase2) [Dave - this will be part of our on-going process]

Dave - regarding the 1999 document, should we walkthrough this? How much weight should we give this?
Ernie - thinks Don's Stylus proposal is closer to what we want
Tom - we can do this off-line between now and next week.
Dave/Don - let's not go through the 1999 document in detail, but instead go forward and refer to it as appropriate.
Ernie - let's start with flow-control - identify the terminology and an outline of the objects and how they interact (the object model)

Next meeting's agenda:
Flow control object model

Action Items:
Don to list variables from the SEMI TSEM specification.
Tom to talk to Sematech participants.
Dave to extend the conference call schedule (continuing every other Friday)
Don and Tom to work on the multisite web-site
