The document can be found at: http://65.119.15.228/stil.4/P1450_binning.pdf or go to the working group web site (http://65.119.15.228/stil.4/) and click on the "P1450 Binning survey" link (dated June 24, 2002). Thanks to Ernie Wahl for providing a summary of the Credence and Teradyne binning. If anyone has additional information on these or other testers, please forward that info to me (jim_oreilly@agilent.com) Don Organ, can you provide a summary of how LTX enVision does binning? (and since you've previously provided to the WG some program examples in Stylus, let us know if it's OK to use the binning/flow info in this document). I'm pretty comfortable with the Agilent binning description - if anyone has more info on any of the others, please forward the revisions to me (jim_oreilly@agilent.com). Dan Fan or Jim Mosely, perhaps you could describe the Schlumberger binning strategies in terms similar to what's used for the Credence/Teradyne binning strategies. Thanks, Jim O'Reilly
