Here's the list of
TSEM variables that I promised during our last conference call. TSEM is "Testing
Equipment Specific Equipment Model" - SEMI E30.3-0698. It is an extension of the
"Generice Model For Communications and Control of Manufacturing Equipment (GEM)"
- SEMI E30-1000.
Our thinking during
the meeting was that if STIL.4 were to define some "global variables", we might
want to see if we could leverage the variables already defined by other
standards.
Along with each
variable name and description, TSEM defines a category (which identifies what
type of equipment the variable is applicable to), defines when the variable is
available (such as in specific processing states only) as well as the data
format.
