From: Ernst_Wahl [wahl@dcf105.agere.com] Sent: Tuesday, January 14, 2003 11:14 AM To: STIL. 4 (E-mail) Subject: stds-1450.4: Teleconference Minutes 1/14/2003 Jim O'Reilly Jim Moseley Tom Micek Dave Dowding Ernie Wahl Reviewed Jim O'Reilly's use-case and got some discussion and comments: 1. We want the ability to execute a flownode independent of flow, e.g., during debug. 2. On section 1.2.2: test may point to DCLevels that require power up/down and therefore connect/disconnect but this testcase emphasizes other aspects of testflow behavior. 3. On section 1.5.3: there are issues with regard to variables storing measurement results: a. persistence (lifetime) of variables, e.g., per testprogram execution, per testprogram load b. rate of value refresh, e.g., per device, per wafer, per lot c. do Spec/Category/Selector permit using meas value as feedback, i.e., can a Category/Selector pick the measured value as one of its components ? Dave Dowding will look into this. 5. We need boolean flow control variables (not covered by Spec/Category/Selector). Other types ? For other purposes ? 6. We need to define the testprogram/executive interface, where the executive is the program that runs the prober or handler and invokes the testprogram and the testprogram program runs the testflow(s). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ernie Wahl Agere Systems Tel: 610.712.6720 Computer-Aided Test 22F-218B, 555 Union Blvd Fax: 610.712.4235 Allentown, PA, 18109 Email: ejwahl@agere.com -----------------------------------------------------------------------
