Direction to 1451.0 meeting:

From Rt 495, take RT 270 north to Gaithersburg.
On exit 10 take Rt 117 Clopper road (NIST) exit.  Follow the road about
1/4-1/2 miles and look for the NIST front entrance on your left.  Come into the 
entrance, tell the guard you have been registered and need to pick up a visitor badge.  
He will direct you to a trailer to get a badge. 

*** Important ***
please send your name, citizenship, company, address, and telephone number to Kang Lee 
so that he can register you for a three-day badge.

 
Then out of the parking lot and come to a stop sign.  
Make a right, drive abou 100 yards, and then a left. 

Go forward about 500 yards there is a building on your right. 
That is the Sound building, #233.

At the next street, turn right and then right into the parking lot of
 the front of the building.  

Come through the entrance, turn right and down the hall to the conference room A109 for the meeting.
