- Meeting minutes accepted
Discussion Items
- There was concern that the CTAG web page had not been updated since
June end. For example the listed phone number is incorrect. Lee said that
would be fixed when Alan returns from vacation.
- Erik Jan asked what the plans were for ITC. Currently the ITC schedule
shows that there is a P1500 meeting on Sunday Sept 28th. Lee said that
this would probably be extended to start from 9 AM but Yervant should
confirm.
- Erik Jan said that Ben Bennets had been asking about the progress of the
CTAG document. He had sent technical and editorial comments but not
yet heard back from anybody. Francisco said that he had received 3-4 other
comments and was in the process of integrating them. This may be ready
in a couple of weeks.
- Lee expressed concern that since Yervant, Rohit and Karim were absent it
would be difficult to make any progress on the document review in this
meeting. He suggested reviewing Grady's write-up on the definitions
of wrapped and un-wrapped cores.
- This write-up is currently unavailable so we could not discuss it at this
time.
- Francisco stated that his progress on completion of the CTAG document was
being held up since he has not received the 4 updated chapters on compliancy
rules from Karim. He had requested this by direct email but not heard back
from him. He wanted to put this request on record.
- Lee proposed that since we had run out of topics to discuss we should
adjourn. His proposal was accepted.
- The meeting was adjourned at 11.28 Central Time.
Action Items
- Yervant to confirm ITC plans for P1500.
- Karim to send the 4 updated compliancy chapters to Francisco to enable
completion of the document.
- Grady to make his write-up on wrapped and unwrapped cores available for
review
