WORKSHOP LOCATION

After two successful TECS workshops held in conjunction with ITC/Test Week in 1997 and 1998, TECS'99 moves out of Washington, D.C., to collocate with VTS'99 and be closer to the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley.
TECS'99 will be held at the Marriott Laguna Cliffs Resort, Dana Point, California, USA, April 28-29, 1999, immediately following the 17th IEEE VLSI Test Symposium (VTS). AIRPORT GROUND TRANSPORTATION

The SuperShuttle serves LAX and Orange Co./John Wayne airports. Fare from LAX is $51 one way and $9 each additional person. AUTOMOBILE

If you prefer to drive, major car rental agencies are located at the airports.

From LAX and Orange County/John Wayne Airports: Take 405 Freeway South (which merges into 5 South). Traveling past Mission Viego and San Juan Capistrano, Exit Pacific Coast Highway to the North (right). Proceed two sets of stop lights to Dana Point Harbor Drive and turn left. Proceed a short block to the next stop light and turn right into Street of the Park Lantern. Proceed to the top of the hill and enter the Resort's property.

From San Diego Airport: Take the 5 Freeway North. Shortly after passing the City of San Clemente, exit at Beach Cities (Highway 1) to the North (left). Proceed two sets of stop lights to Dana Point Harbor Drive and turn left. Follow directions above.
