	All TECS'99 participants require registration.
	Registration rates are:	Before April 13th	At Workshop
	IEEE/CS Member IEEE Student Member Non-Member	$210 $100 $260	$260 $110 $320
	Registration includes workshop technical sessions, workshop informal proceedings, the evening reception, break refreshments, breakfast and lunch.
	Separate registration is required for all other VTS events.
