Re: [P1619-2] An initial draft of EME2 for inclusion in 1619.2
Hal Finney pointed out a small discrepancy between the draft that I
sent and the EME* paper, regarding the handling of the tweak (thanks,
Hal). I therefore updated the draft to be (hopefully this time) fully
consistent with the paper.
Please use this draft instead of the previous one that I sent.
