  - Correct algorithm for case when block size is 16 bytes. 
  - Proposed changes from Brian Gladman.
  - Ordering of subkey elements within key

Previous Action Items:
Action Item: David McGrew to generate more test vectors for odd-block lengths for XCB.
Action Item: Hal Finney will verify the test vectors as they appear in the PDF for XCB.
Action Item: Hal Finney will create test vectors for EME-2 as described
Action Item: Shai to ask Brian Gladman to write an implementation of EME-2.
Action Item: David will post source code after test vectors are finished (Done beginning of November)
Action Item: Shai will take a stab at the Introduction after the Hash submission deadline (in early November)
