Please format your e-mail vote as follows: <COMPANY NAME> <Name of voting WG member> <Vote: Yes/No/Abstain> <COMMENTS> To simplify processing, the subject of the mail should be "P1619.2 BALLOT". Comments may be received in any format, such as adobe comment file (.fdf) or as comments in an excel spreadsheet (attached). Adobe comment file is the preferred format. Remember that "No" votes must have a comment attached to be considered valid. E-MOTION 2008-09: Approve P1619.2/D9 to advance to IEEE Sponsor BallotThe IEEE Security in Storage Working Group authorizes the IEEE P1619.2 editor to submit draft D9 with approved changes for sponsor ballot. This motion allows for editorial changes and minor corrections to be made to the draft before ballot without a re-vote in the working group. If after approval of this motion, major changes to P1619.2 are deemed necessary by the working group, this vote shall be voided and a new vote shall be required for the working group to submit the draft standard to sponsor ballot.
