[P1619-2] 1619.2 meeting next week?

Hi Matt,

I assume that 1619.2 will be meeting - is that right?    If so, then let me report on the XCB status.   Some of the most recent set of test case that I generated did *not* jibe with Hal Finney, so I need to go back and see if I did something boneheaded when I made those test cases.    (Thanks Hal for doing the work to check those values.)   If we're meeting next week I will schedule some time to go over the cases and report on the status in the meeting (and hopefully report that I've found the issue).
