Fabio is working on creating the next draft, and after that's ready (and we get the appropriate IEEE sponsor and liaison approvals) we'll start the P1619.2 sponsor ballot. I'm expecting that to happen sometime in August.
If you wanted to participate in the P1619.2 sponsor ballot, I could extended the invitation by another week to give you a chance to get your IEEE-SA membership in order. Let me know...
