[P1619-2] P1619.2 Sponsor Ballot has ended

Hi Folks,

The P1619.2 Sponsor ballot ended just yesterday, and here are the overall results.  We just barely met our 75% return rate, and easily met the 75% approval rate.  We got 41 comments, although one of the comments was a big fdf file.

The next steps are to form a ballot resolution subgroup and to resolve all the received comments before starting a ballot recirculation.  Please let me know if you are interested in participating in the ballot resolution subgroup.
