[P1619-2] text addressing the technical comment

Hi Matt,

it is probably desirable to avoid adding the definition of "metadata",  
so I suggest the following change.  Instead of "... without using  
metadata that is potentially under the control of an adversary", say  
""... without using data that is potentially under the control of an  
adversary".
