[P1619-3] Time for a Planning Meeting?

Title: Time for a Planning Meeting?

All,

Our last planning meeting was in September of last year. I’d like to propose that we have another meeting with the following goals:

·       Update the status of the subcommittees.

·       Identify areas where progress needs improvement.

·       Plan of record for 2008.

·       Recommendations to the workgroup for any changes.

·       Report to the group during the Face to Face meeting on January 14.

I think that this group should include the chairs of the various subcommittees (at least), although everyone is invited.

I would like to propose a meeting on Tuesday, January 8 at 1:00PST (2:00MST, 3:00CST, 4:00EST) for one hour. LSI will host the conference call and the WebEx session.

Please let me know if there is a better time or any comments that you may have.
