KMS 2008 is a very real event and will happen as scheduled. As for updating the website, it's been difficult for me to find time amid the numerous SISWG activities in progress (IEEE 1619 submission to NIST, IEEE 1619.3 face-to-face,...). I will update this site, but it may not be until after the P1619.3 face-to-face.
That said, if there are people who are interested in helping to contribute content to the KMS 2008 website, I can give you an account with access rights to modify or publish content.

What are the chances that we'll have an updated web site for the Key Management Summit soon? People who I've talked to about the event have remarked that the web site looks like the event really isn't going to happen or is not a serious event.
