[P1619-3] Transport Comparison Spreadsheet available
Here is the latest version of the Transport Comparison Spreadsheet that we discussed in today's meeting:

We have the following volunteers to fill-out columns:
- XML (raw): Bob Lockhart
- XML SOAP: Subhash Sankuratripati
- XML WS-Man/CIM: Jon Hass (already finished)
- Binary (fixed structure): Need a volunteer
- Binary TLV: Bob Lockhart
- Binary ASN.1 DER: Luther Martin
Please have these columns filled-out by July 15th (preferably sooner), so that we can discuss them during the July 16th P1619.3 Task Group meeting (send the spreadsheet to Walt Hubis and me for consolidation). If you have another column to propose, please bring that forward....
We will have a vote during the July 16th P1619.3 meeting to decide whether one of these proposals has the general approval of the group. If there is no clear consensus, we will delay the decision until July 29th, and perform an official vote on July 30th, if needed.
