[P1619-3] Fwd: [KEYPROV] FW: RFC 5378 Implications



FYI:

This is relevant to P1619.3 because (I believe) it impacts the request for a URI Scheme for key management (km://).  As we discussed in yesterday's P1619.3 meeting, there could be some copyright issues between IEEE and IETF depending on the nature of the URI Scheme request.
