[P1619-3] Feedback on P1619.3 Draft 6

All,

I would like to get the feedback on P1619.3 Draft 6 from everyone by end 
of month at the latest.  Originally I had targeted March 20th but wanted 
to provide at least two weeks notice to complete feedback.  If all 
feedback can be provided no later than March 24, 2009 it would be 
greatly appreciated.

Proposals for changes, deletions or additions are still open through 
April 17, 2007 so we can get Draft 7 moving forward.
